Customer Asset Records

NextService customer asset records are very flexible. They can accommodate equipment and components from any industry and any manufacturer. Asset records - and the service history associated with them - provide a rich source of data for reports on: system or component reliability, customer or service contract profitability, technician productivity and up-sell opportunities.

Custom Forms

Mobile form data is stored directly in NetSuite for use in reports and analytics. Forms can be used to gather and then analyze: equipment diagnostics, test results (for certification), equipment installation requirements and more.

Inventory Management

NextService works with standard NetSuite inventory functionality to gather stock consumption data from the field. Inventory that is installed at a customer site can be converted to a customer asset. And, the customer asset record used to record and report on service history, reliability and more.


Data from custom checklists is automatically stored in NetSuite for use in reports and analytics. Checklists can be used to gather and then analyze: site safety, pre-installation equipment requirements, preventive maintenance task completion and more.
