    Project Kickoff

    The kickoff introduces the project to all members of the team and familiarizes them with the process and information/data required for a successful implementation.

    Software Deployment

    NextService is then deployed into your NetSuite sandbox or production environment. Our team ensures that the bundle is functioning and all existing scripts (if applicable) are not affected.

    System Configuration

    During configuration, our consultants configure the software to meet your company's unique business requirements. We work with your team to ensure that every aspect of the NextService solution - from project tasks and the Scheduler to the NextService Mobile App - are aligned to accommodate existing or new business processes and workflows.

    User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

    Acceptance testing provides our customers with the opportunity to exercise the complete NextService solution, and for us to make the final minor adjustments needed to satisfy specific usability requests.

    User Training

    Standard implementations include end user training that is delivered via a ''train the trainer'' approach. Separate sessions are held for back office personnel and field technicians. Additional training options are also available.

    Go Live

    At system go live, NextService consultants are available to resolve any last second glitches as well as provide additional information where required. NextService also includes 30 day ''infant care'' with every implementation - ensuring that the consultants that worked with your team are available to help during the initial system adoption period.
