A Holiday Message from Our CEO
It’s hard to imagine that the holiday season is upon us already.
These days we are so consumed with objectives, performance, daily news cycles, weekly reviews, and monthly forecasting that thinking about next year, let alone next week, seems like a luxury.
We work with teams all over world who are just a click away. Updates are instant, demand for feedback is immediate, and information flow is continuous. Our focus has collapsed to the here and now, and our attention is limited to the next app notification.
So let’s take a deep breath together, stop and take a moment to appreciate the year that was, and look forward to the year that will be.
It has been my absolute pleasure to work with our brilliant customers, my incredible team, and receive the love and support of family and friends.
Together we doubled the business in less than 12 months, appointed leadership for Australia Pacific (keep up the good work Tania) and North America (congratulations Michael), refreshed our technology stack (amazing work Luke), modernized our product look and feel (brilliant Blanca), and launched a number of new bundled offerings (thanks Nikki). On top of that, we won our first European customer with support from our new partner Cadran.
We had a number of new starts for the team, welcome Ben, Eric, Mark, Archie, Allan, Ivan, Ricardo and enjoyed the continuing company of Andy, Ben (our friend in Toronto) and the effervescent Andrew who continues to be the life of the party. No business can succeed without the support of committed finance and admin team, thanks Nick, Ying, Amila, Upeka and Mel.
Our goals for 2019 were ambitious, we focused and achieved many of them and learned from the challenges presented to us. None of this could have been possible without our amazing community of customers and partners, thank you.
2020 is shaping up to be just as exciting.
With so many new customers we are doubling down on our vision to improve customer engagement. Our Customer Success team will be announcing optimisation and continuous improvement programs built on the success of leading practice deployments. I encourage partners and customers to contact your local customer success or channel manager for information.
Now is a time to slow down, recognize those who are close to us and let them know how important they are here and now. Tomorrow is yet to come, today is the best day to be grateful.
