Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring – and retaining – talented candidates who are aligned with our culture and values. They're in charge of planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy. This includes working with marketing and across the business to build a strong Employer Brand.

Country: Denver, CO – USA

Position Reports Role: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Salary Range: $115,000-130,000

Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring – and retaining – talented candidates who are aligned with our culture and values. They’re in charge of planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy. This includes working with marketing and across the business to build a strong Employer Brand.

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and manage our recruitment strategy; including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning and talent planning.
  • Implement progressive sourcing strategies including networking, Linkedin Recruiter, social media, professional associations and organizations to provide access to top tier applicants
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
  • Plan employee referral programs

Onboarding, Training & Retention

  • Onboarding new talent to ensure our people are engage and aligned with our purpose and values
  • Work with managers to identify training requirements and design development opportunities to enable all team members to grow in their roles and careers.
  • Assist to ensure ongoing success and growth of our people.
  • Manage our employee engagement tool – Office vibe to ensure great employee experience and retention

Programs, Policies and Processes

  • Assistance with HR operations including, vacation tracking, administration, policies, system maintenance and compliance.
  • Assess the needs of current employees
  • Adjust employee benefits according to observed needs

Culture:

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve our team member experience. Assess current programs and propose innovative ways to improve existing ones

Required Experience/Skills:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, business administration, or a relevant, related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated influence and diplomacy at all
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
