NetSuite Support Consultant - NetSuite ERP Software

The primary responsibility of the Support Consultant is to work closely with customers, consultants, and the product development team to provide technical solutions for issues and product defects.

Position Title: Support Consultant
Department: Australia/New Zealand
Position Reports Role: Customer Success Manager


  • Customer happiness and engagement measures, including response times and problem resolution
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution


  • Provide first level support and manage customer expectations
  • Compile and document enhancement requests by customers for review by product development team
  • Identify, document and escalate issues through the right point of channel
  • Working with the team to manage and resolve NetSuite ERP issues
  • Provide Training and Coaching to customers
  • Provide support to the stakeholders involved

Required Experience/Skills

  • NetSuite ERP experience, NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite Support, NetSuite Consultant
  • JSON, NetSuite SuiteAnalytics, Advanced PDF, Saved Searches, Report Writing and SuitBuilder customisations an advantage
  • Great communications skills
  • Customer focus
  • A great team player
