The primary responsibility of the Finance Manager is to support the executive management team by offering business insights, producing financial information, and ensuring the business meets the statutory requirements of each operating jurisdiction.

Position Title: Finance Manager
Location: North America
Position Reports Role: Chief Executive Officer

Salary Range: $120,000-150,000


  • Timely key result, operating and financial management reports
  • Accurate budget/forecast model to support effective decision-making
  • Statutory compliance across operating jurisdictions


  • Manage finance team resources to maintain the accounting integrity of finance systems
  • Produce management and board reporting packs in a timely manner
  • Maintain finance models and update for changing market conditions
  • Develop long-term financial models based on key business drivers and benchmarks
  • Implement strategies to mitigate financial risk
  • Liaising with external financial institutions and stakeholders on financial matters
  • Ensure operations and billing comply with commitments and agreements
  • Manager human resource process and payroll
  • Liaise will legal and commercial parties
  • Negotiate with suppliers as directed
  • Continually business operations practices and procedures
  • Work closely with the team and support all levels of the organization in the achievement of key result areas

Required Experience/Skills

  • Very strong accounting and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • 4+ years running a finance team in an international business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional team management skills
  • Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and NetSuite
  • Accounting qualified with post-graduate qualification preferred
