Our Story
If necessity is the mother of invention, Next Technik is the child. When executives at Headland Machinery, a wholesale distributor of industrial equipment in Australia, needed new software to support field service operations, they found every option inadequate. So, they built their own ideal solution – one that existed within the NetSuite ecosystem to seamlessly connect Field Service Management (FSM) with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). This development project evolved into what is now Next Technik: a team with NetSuite and field mobility in our DNA.

Our Founders
Peter and Diane Kloe purchased Headland Machinery in 1979 and grew it into an industry leader. Now their children, Richard, an engineer by training, and Annaliese, a born businessperson, occupy key leadership roles. Next Technik benefits from the experience and knowledge of two generations of the Kloe family – decades of field service experience and a wealth of knowledge about improving customer engagement through superior service.
